What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish and English – A requirement to connect with our diverse patient families
Medical or dental office experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
A positive, professional attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and assisting patients and families
Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule
Managing eletronic paperwork and record keeping
Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
