Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a dental office.
Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance verification, and terminology.
Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Strong commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and assist patients.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
Estimate patient costs and discuss treatment plans.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
