Job SummaryQuartz Dentistry is looking for a registered dental hygienist who can provide an extraordinary experience for our patients for our growing office. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary tools and support.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments.
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients.
Utilize aseptic techniques in all procedures to prevent contamination.
Provide care tailored to pediatric patients, ensuring a comfortable experience for children.
Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care processes.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health.
Proficient in dental assisting practices.
Familiarity with medical records management and documentation review.
Experience in medical coding is a plus but not required.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, particularly in pediatric dentistry settings.
