Position Description:
Responsible for providing dental services to clients of the Florida Department of Health in Duval County, to include:
o Examinations
o Diagnosis
o Treatment Planning
o Care of conditions within the human oral cavity and its adjacent tissues and structures, to include:
Emergency
Surgical
Preventive, and restorative dental care
· Performs diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures within the scope of the Dental Practice Act.
· Develops treatment plans and maintains treatment records in accordance with the Dental Practice Act.
Requirements:
· Use of Computer/Laptop
· City and State Careware
· Health Management System (HMS)
· Dental equipment
· Extractions
· Removable Prosthetics
· Dental license
· Doctorate Degree in Dentistry
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $88.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
