Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including root canal therapy, oral surgery, and dental extractions.
Provide prosthodontic services and maintain accurate patient records using Epic software.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with clinic protocols.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Experience in a dental clinic setting with hands-on experience in various dental treatments.
Ability to perform complex procedures such as root canal therapy, oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership when necessary.
