Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality preventative dental care, educate patients about oral health, and contribute to a positive and professional clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough patient assessments and cleanings, utilizing aseptic techniques to ensure safety and hygiene.
Document patient care and medical histories accurately in EMR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Assist in dental procedures, providing chairside support and ensuring patient comfort.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care, fostering a positive dental experience.
Collaborate with the dental team to maintain accurate medical records and manage appointments efficiently.
Conduct periodontal assessments and charting.
Take dental radiographs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.
Assist in identifying and diagnosing potential oral health issues.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile clinical environment.

Qualifications:

Current state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Certification in CPR.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Experience with aseptic techniques and patient assessment.
