Our Team: Working at Martin Family Dentistry is about more than coming to work and treating patients. Our Dental Hygienists also connect with patients on a personal level, answer dental questions, and connect with staff personally and professionally during downtime. If a team member is especially busy, other staff will pitch in to alleviate some of the burden.
We have monthly staff meetings, during which we discuss treatment best practices, office policies, insurance, etc. Anyone can add a discussion topic. We openly discuss each topic during the meeting and come to a conclusion as an office. Everyone is encouraged to identify areas our office can improve and strategies to accomplish this.
Position Requirements: Martin Family Dentistry is seeking a full or part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. Candidate must be genuine, empathetic, and diligent about the quality of care delivered. You will be providing care to and interacting with patients directly, so the ability to relate to and build relationships with people is strongly desired.
Required Skills:

Prophylaxis / Periodontal Maintenance
Scaling & Root Planing
Sealants
Take x-rays with PAN and Bitewings (using handheld x-ray)
Sterilization of equipment and operatory

Dentrix
Dexis
Nomad (handheld) X-ray and PAN
Digital sensors

Office Hours:

Monday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
