Applicants must be licensed to practice dental hygiene in the state of Wisconsin. We value applicants that have experience working in a professional dental atmosphere, but above all else those that possess a smiling face and a willingness to learn.

Job Summary:

Perform all procedures as outlined in patients treatment plan including dental prophylaxis, x-rays, root planing, curettage, sealants and other related procedures.
Educate patients about oral health in areas such as diet, oral hygiene and professional dental care.
Assist attending dentist with recall exam.
Maintain and update treatment plans and charts as needed.
Other duties as assigned to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:
A. Education - Graduate of a two or four year dental hygiene program.
B. License/Certification - Must hold a valid license to practice dental hygiene in the state of
Wisconsin. Must hold a current CPR certification. Must complete required continuing
education requirements.

Promotes teamwork, trust and a cooperative work environment. Good decision making and problem solving skills are essential. Establishes and maintains effective communication with patients, doctors and staff.
