Job Summary:

Perform all procedures as outlined in patient’s treatment plan including dental prophylaxis, x-rays, root planing, curettage, sealants and other related procedures.
Educate patients about oral health in areas such as diet, oral hygiene and professional dental care.
Assist attending dentist with recall exam.
Maintain and update treatment plans and charts as needed.
Other duties as assigned to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:
A. Education - Graduate of a two or four year dental hygiene program.
B. License/Certification - Must hold a valid license to practice dental hygiene in the state of
Wisconsin. Must hold a current CPR certification. Must complete required continuing
education requirements.
