OverviewOur new general dentistry practice is steadily growing & we have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced registered dental hygienist to join a dynamic, family-oriented & unique one-doctor practice. We are located in the North Charlotte/Prosperity Village area of Charlotte, NC.

Qualified and ideal candidates have experience with- Providing quality oral healthcare- The ability to work closely with the dentist to ensure the highest level of patient care- Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, root planing and polishing- Capture clinically acceptable dental x-ray images- Educating patients on their oral health and providing personalized oral healthcare instructions- Adhering to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean & sterile work environment- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records- Collaborate with dental team members to ensure consistent & efficient workflow and excellent patient experience

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in the state of North Carolina
CPR certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
Experience with Open Dental or similar software preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
