Dental Hygienist Needed in Virginia Beach
As either a seasoned or new hygienist entering the work force you will have many options. What can I tell you about working in a dental office that will help you choose from among all of your options? Specifically, what can I share with you that would have you consider working in our office?
When you apply for a job consider the turnover rate within the office. My staff of five has had an incredibly low turnover rate – the staff that have left have done so due to a move out of the area or retirement.
What is the climate of the office? My staff is truly wonderful. We all enjoy working together, we laugh a lot and we pride ourselves in always giving our best to our patients. Stop by and meet us and tour our office, we think you will sense a great work environment.
Are the patients in the practice happy? We love our patients and, according to our Google reviews and what they tell us, the feeling is mutual! When we moved our office to a different part of Virginia Beach, every single patient followed us to our new location.
What type of life/work balance are you looking for? This position is a 25 - 28 hours per week position with every Friday off. We offer vacation and holiday pay, 401K benefits and “well” pay. The salary is competitive and health benefits are negotiable.
