Job Description
Our team is seeking an experienced Dental biller .Applicant will need to be detailed, orientated and possess strong customer service and can multitask.This person will be responsible for verifying insurance, working closely with the clinical staff, managing processes for multiple insurance companies including Medicaid ( payment posting. insurance verification, medicaid pre-authorizations, and account receivables), communicating with customers and completing general office duties.Previous experience or education working with dental insurance is a plus.Providing superior customer service to patients in-person and via phonePrevious experience with the Dentrix software and major dental carriers on-line verification system is a must.
