Our office is home to a fantastic team of dedicated professionals ready to support a talented General Dentist in a beautiful private practice setting.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Dentist to lead this top-tier practice. This office is well-suited for a General Dentist who performs implants, extractions, general restorative treatments, and high-end veneers/cosmetic procedures. We seek a qualified General Dentist who prioritizes patient needs and possesses a compassionate demeanor. Our practice operates on a fee-for-service (FFS) and preferred provider organization (PPO) model and features a brand new Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scanner, a TRIOS scanner, and a robust schedule with an average of 30 new patients per month! The compensation package for our General Dentist is above industry standards, and we offer a daily guarantee for the first three months.
**General Dentist Skills & Requirements:**
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A valid state license to practice dentistry in Florida
- Patience and compassion when interacting with patients
- Strong communication skills to discuss health and care with patients
- Attention to detail
- Good problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Mon- Thur 9am-5pm Fri 9am-1pm
Pay: 35% of collections minus 35% of labs or daily guarantee for the first 3 months (whichever is higher)
