Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Dental Assistant with an active x-ray license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Set up and breakdown operatory rooms
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
Prepare and deliver dental materials
Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Help to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

Current dental assisting certification
Active x-ray license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dental software is a plus

Hours:

Part time approximately 20/week
