Job Description
Do you love your family? Do you practice the Golden Rule- treating others how you would like to be treated? Are you willing to put your team first knowing they will do the same for you?
We are looking for one Dental Assistant to add to our IL team! If this describes you, you might be a perfect fit for Cornerstone Family Dentistry!
What you need to know before you apply is what is most important to us:
We want our team members to come to work every day with energy and commitment- not just to a business, but to each other and to our patients. The rest will work itself out.
We want our team members to give 100% while they are here (7am-3pm, 4 days a week) but then we want them to go home to their families and give 100% while they are home, without stress and without a second thought about work!
We want our team members to treat our patients and each other with kindness and respect- no gossiping, having regular, open conversations- even if they're hard, and showing compassion in the most challenging times...we all have them!
We want our team members to feel supported. We all have roles, but we are all equal because we are all human!
We want our team members to have fun- to laugh and know that we can get through busy days, mistakes, that everything is fixable, and that it will always be ok if we're trying to do the right thing!
We are looking for a forever person to add to a growing team. We love to hire people who will work with us for their entire career. Once we find a great person, you truly become part of our family!
