What Youââ¬â¢ll Do:
Train & Mentor New Staff: Teach hands-on back-office skills, including sterilization, room setup, and assisting during procedures.
Guide Workflow: Support the back office with daily operations and ensure smooth processes.
Inventory Management: Oversee supplies and ensure the practice is well-stocked and organized.
