Our busy and upbeat dental practice is seeking a friendly and reliable receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a dental or medical office, excellent communication skills, and a positive & friendly attitude. As the first point of contact for our patients, the receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, and our patients are taken care of..
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate areas
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Verifying patient information and insurance coverage
Collecting payments and issuing receipts
Maintaining patient records and filing documents
Assisting with office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience working in a dental or medical office
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and dental management software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
