Excellent Pediatric Dentist opportunity in South Burlington, Vermont.
**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our highly respected dental team. As a valued member of our healthcare family, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, conducting thorough examinations, and developing personalized treatment plans to ensure optimal oral health.
**Responsibilities:**
-The dentist will conduct thorough patient exams to diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address patient needs, including fillings, crowns, and extractions.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology, including digital X-rays, and intraoral cameras, to capture detailed images and monitor patient progress.
-The dentist will maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Work closely with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay current with the latest developments in dental technology and prosthodontics, attending continuing education courses and workshops as needed.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the dental office, providing exceptional patient care and communication.
**Requirements:**
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state of Vermont.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology.
- Proficiency with Open Dental software and other dental office management systems.
- Ability to take and interpret vital signs, as well as understand and apply medical imaging techniques.
- Familiarity with prosthodontics and the ability to work with patients to develop customized dentures and restorations.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction and trust.
- Compliance with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $220,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
