Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental work- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs- Take and digital dental X-rays- Educate patients on proper dental hygiene practices- Maintain accurate patient records- Schedule patient appointments- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
Experience- Previous experience in dental assisting is required- Familiarity with medical imaging systems and terminology- Ability to work with pediatric patients- Understanding of dental anatomy and X-Ray procedures- Strong skills in medical documentation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
