Job Description
Associate opportunity at a busy private practice. Offering full or part-time. Contracting terms are negotiable. Office hours are Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm. No evenings or weekends. Five operatories. Close to all major highways. The patient population consists of PPO, FFS, and Medicaid. Supportive staff to handle all of your stress. Compensation is based on 32% of production when exceeds the daily minimum. Starting pay is $1,000 daily minimum guarantee. 401k plan with profit sharing and price match. Allowance for health insurance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in dental terminology, patient care, and patient assessment
Experience in general dentistry and dental extractions
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
Familiarity with prosthodontics and medical records management
Experience with Dentrix software is a plus
Ability to perform pediatric dentistry and oral surgery
Strong skills in four-handed dentistry and working with pediatric patients
Experience in dental fabrication and managing a dental clinic
Responsibilities
Provide general dental care to patients including examinations, cleanings, and treatments.
Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and patient assessment to diagnose and treat oral health issues.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform dental extractions, prosthodontics, and other general dentistry procedures.
Collaborate with dental team members to ensure efficient patient care and treatment.
