Job Description

In search of a highly motivated individual to join our team oriented, patient centered, private practice on a part time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Gather diagnostic data necessary for treatment planning and patient education
- Provide preventive therapy and periodontal therapy as needed
- Provide preventive patient education, as well as educate patients on post treatment care.
- Assist with medical records management and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Current RDH state license
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
