Position Summary:
The Lead Dental Assistant is an integral member of our dental team, providing essential support during various cosmetic dental procedures and acting as a clinical lead and mentor to other Dental Assistants. What we Offer:
$30-$35/hour + bonus opportunities
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule

Responsibilities:
Assist our dentists during procedures, including dental implants and cosmetic treatments.
Opening and closing procedures for the clinical area
Act as a liaison between the doctor and the patient and assist in the gathering of information in the new patient experience
Coordinate a treatment plan with the doctor and present it to the patient
Ability to mentor dental assistants into expanded functions role
Provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly dental equipment maintenance
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
Maintain patient records and ensure efficient workflow in the dental office.
Requirements:
Dental Assistant Certification or relevant experience.
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Surgical Dental Implant experience, a strong plus
