Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide quality patient care.
Duties- Prepare patients for dental procedures- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Assist the dentist during procedures- Take and record vital signs of patients- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations- Assist with medical coding as needed- Apply anatomy knowledge to support dental procedures
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods- Understanding of medical coding practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Certification in Dental Assisting is preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 ââ¬â 24 per week
Schedule:
No weekends
Work Location: In person
