Our ideal candidate should have at least two years experience, excellent communication, time management and clinical skills. We are seeking a hygienist who is well versed in patient education, general hygiene procedures, and ideally comes with a solid perio background. Responsibilities
Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories
Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
Teach good oral hygiene techniques
Take x-rays
Qualifications
Current Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license
At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
Our ideal candidate should have at least two years experience, excellent communication, time management and clinical skills.
Comfortable discussing dental options for cosmetic dentistry including whitening and veneers, implant dentistry, and periodontal / endodontic treatments.
