Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant or RDA to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within our dental clinic. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist with various procedures.
About our clinic: we are a private practice, single location dental office located at the heart of Paramount city. We focus on providing quality dentistry with positive working environment, treating patients and team members the same way we would treat our family.
Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance.
Take and develop X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Utilize a 3D scanner for precise imaging and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and work areas in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the dental team to improve clinic operations and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in dental assisting or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of dental clinic operations, including sterilization techniques and safety protocols.
Ability to take accurate X-rays following established guidelines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.48 per hour
