Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking for a super star and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. We are a PPO and private practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to create a welcoming environment for patients while delivering exceptional dental services.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a range of dental procedures including root canal therapy, oral surgery, and endodontics.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
Fabricate dental appliances and restorations as needed, adhering to industry standards.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice policies.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options to promote overall dental health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license and ability to pass any required background checks.
Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
Experience or knowledge in general dentistry practices, including endodontics and oral surgery.
Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Pay: $275,490.00 - $300,737.00 per year
