We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and supporting dental professionals in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare patients for cleaning and dental treatment and explaining the procedures with comforting words
- Take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
- Sterilize instruments and equipment according to OSHA standards
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
- Experience with X-Ray imaging
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar practice management software
- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently
- Strong organizational skills for managing medical records and documentation

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
