```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. Your main responsibility will be to perform dental cleanings and assist the dentist in various procedures. ```Responsibilities``` - Conduct thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Perform oral cancer screenings - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques - Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and providing suction - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment - Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in using CAD systems for dental imaging and treatment planning - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices - Experience with maintaining and organizing medical records - Ability to work with patients of all ages, including pediatrics - Familiarity with dental assisting techniques and procedures - Competency in taking vital signs and recording patient information accurately - Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software If you are a dedicated Dental Hygienist looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives, we would love to hear from you.
