Smiley Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant and Front Office Receptionist to help us deliver exceptional patient care. This vital role ensures the smooth operation of our practice, directly contributing to our commitment to providing high-quality dental treatment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all treatment and office areas.
Collaborate with dentists to review upcoming patient treatments.
Greet and seat patients, take vital signs, review medical histories, and provide essential information.
Assist dentists during procedures and take x-rays accurately.
Sterilize treatment areas and instruments according to safety standards.
Prepare trays, materials, and lab cases to ensure everything is ready for the next day’s patient schedule.
Adhere to OSHA protocols and maintain office standards.

Qualifications:

Passion for serving both internal and external customers.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Detail-oriented with sound judgment.
Proficient computer skills are required.
Knowledge of dental and orthodontic terminology is a plus.
CPR certification and Texas RDA license are required.

Expected hours: 32.00 – 40.0 per week
