We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing patient appointments, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and organized front desk area. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a friendly and positive experience from the moment they enter the practice.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the open dental practice management software.
Collect and update patient information, including personal and insurance details.
Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information about our services.
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and schedule management.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Assist with insurance claims and verification.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
