Dental Hygienist
Ocala, FL 34475
Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
In Person Only
Onsite
TRAVEL: 10% of the time. May be assigned to a school site.
SKILLS/EDUCATION NEEDED:
· Must have a clear and current Florida Dental Hygiene license
· Must have a current/active CPR certificate
· Knowledge of dental terminology
· Knowledge of dental hygiene principles and practices
· Skills using dental instruments and equipment and performing dental prophylaxis and scaling and root planning.
· Ability to instruct patients in preventive dental techniques.
· Ability to work with dentists, assistants, student assistants and volunteers in a way that promotes teamwork and the betterment of the residents of Marion County
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
