Job Responsibilities:
Present treatment and communicate financial policy along with payment options to patients
Represent the companyâs vision and mission by encouraging the pursuit of excellence everyday
Proactively educate patients on the importance of their oral health and recommended treatment to increase awareness and case acceptance rates
Audit schedules for errors and/or inconsistencies and follow-up with team as needed
Manage unscheduled treatment reports and ensure patients are followed up with timely
Job Skills:
Previous knowledge/experience across all facets of front office within a dental office
Knowledge of dental terminology, dental office procedures, and Practice Management Software programs
customer service, and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and be proactive in the day-to-day operations of the office
Ability to solve problems, provide immediate solutions, and make sound decisions independently
Strong desire to maximize opportunities and exceed goals
High degree of professionalism when building relationships with patients and team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
