Job SummaryLooking for an experienced and energetic Dental Assistant or Front Desk coordinator to join our family.We use Open Dental so experience with this software is a huge plus.We are looking for someone who is a team player . Our ideal candidate must have following qualifications:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Good computer skills
Basic Math Skills
Experience using Open Dental preferred
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional certification or training is a plus

General Summary of Duties:

Provide excellent customer service and build trust with patients and their families
Scheduling/rescheduling appointments when needed
Bringing back patients to get x-rays
Taking x-ray diagnostics
Assisting the dentist
Maintain and check patient information
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including flexibility, priority setting, problem solving, and conflict resolutions
Maintain highly positive attitude
Utilize time and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner

-FAMILAR with both front and back office procedures is a PLUS
REQUIREMENT:At least 1 year of DENTAL experience is needed.
Salary base on experiance from $15 to $19 per hour.
Our schedule is 8:45AM-5:45PM Monday though Friday with hour lunch break.
