Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care for dental patients and support day-to-day operations in our dental office.
Duties- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures- Prepare patients for dental work and ensure their comfort- Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients- Provide postoperative instructions prescribed by the dentist- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures- Perform various office tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and updating patient records- Utilize Softdent software for patient management- Handle medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Operate 3D scanners for dental imaging
Qualifications- Certificate or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures- Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a related role is preferred- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
