About the Role:
As a Dental Assistant at River's Bend Family Dental (RBFD), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. You will be responsible for assisting our dentists in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and have a positive experience at our practice. You will work closely with our dentists and other dental assistants to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Minimum Qualifications:
License in Dental Assisting or equivalent
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Experience with digital x-rays and dental software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Invisalign and other orthodontic procedures
Experience with dental billing and insurance
Experience with iTero digital scanning (or the willingness to learn)
Responsibilities:
Assist our dentists in providing high-quality dental care to our patients
Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist with procedures as needed
Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
Ensure that all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained
Provide excellent customer service to our patients and ensure that they have a positive experience at our practice
Skills:
As a Dental Assistant at RBFD, you will use your skills in digital x-ray, dental assisting, dental terminology, sterilization, infection control, body motion, compassion, and dental care on a daily basis. You will work closely with our dentists and other dental assistants to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing excellent customer service to our patients. Your ability to work well in a team environment will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
