The Role:
As a Patient Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Providing VIP customer service to every patient
Ensuring a clean and serene office atmosphere
Scheduling patients effectively and preparing the schedule for the upcoming day
Checking patients out and assisting with financial transactions
Verifying insurance benefits and preparing treatment cost estimates
Meeting daily production goals and ensuring office targets are met
Calling in prescriptions, medical clearances, and handling other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of dental experience
Strong knowledge of dental codes and insurance
Excellent communication skills and reliability
Strong tech skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail

Work Hours:

Monday: 9AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8AM - 5:00 PM
Alternating Fridays: 9AM- 3PM OR
Alternating Saturdays: 9AM - 2:00 PM
