About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and professional Dental Hygienist registered in NY or CT to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work either full-time or part-time, depending on preference and availability, with multiple practices needing both arrangements. This position will focus not only on delivering quality dental care but also on maximizing production through additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough dental cleanings and preventive treatments for patients.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.
Assist in diagnostic procedures and perform routine dental exams.
Increase practice production through promoting additional services (production-based incentives available).
Utilize Dentrix software for patient record management, scheduling, and communication.
Qualifications:
State Registration: Must hold a current registration/license as a Dental Hygienist in NY or Connecticut.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant dental hygiene experience.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred.
Production-Oriented: Understanding of production in the dental industry is essential. Must be comfortable discussing and upselling additional services to increase production.
