OverviewWe are offering a dental hygienist the opportunity to work either a PART-TIME position Monday-Thursday from 8am-1PM (and one Friday/month 8-1) or FULL-TIME Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (and one Friday/month 8-1) in our private, family-owned practice. Assisted hygiene is also available to see more patients and therefore the hourly rate is negotiable and based on experience, qualifications and performance.
Duties

60-minute adult recall appointments, 30-minute pedo
Fluoride treatment
Gendex digital sensors and Gendex panorex
Dentrix software
Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
Intraoral camera
Patient education

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
Proficiency in using Dentrix software and familiarity with other dental systems.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures related to general dentistry.
Experience in digital x-ray imaging techniques is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
