We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced team.
Position Details

Location: Fusion Dental - Reston, Reston, VA
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
One Friday per month

Your Role
As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care, including perio maintenance (PMT) and scaling and root planing (SRP).
Perform accurate charting and maintain detailed patient records.
Take digital x-rays with precision for accurate diagnostics.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless and positive patient experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to all infection control protocols.

What We’re Looking For

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia.
Experience in perio treatment, SRPs, charting, and digital x-rays.
Familiarity with Dentrix (preferred, but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A patient-focused approach and dedication to delivering excellent care.
