Job Description

We are looking for a dental patient services coordinator who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients as well as contribute to our team as a whole.
In this position, you will be working at the front office at our Horicon location. You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, managing the patient schedules for multiple providers, managing payments and insurance claims as well as other day to day office tasks.
We would like to hire someone for 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) and some Fridays (8-12 PM). Great benefits, including 3 weeks paid time off starting after 90 days of employment!
The most ideal candidates will have experience working in the dental field.
