Job Description

Responsibilities:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
-Take X-rays
-Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed- Document patient treatment plans, progress, and notes in electronic dental record systems such as Dentrix- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Skills:- Valid dental hygiene license in Ohio- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix- Excellent communication skills to educate and interact with patients- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.90 - $47.96 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
