Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an individual who excels at customer service while also creating an efficient workflow for the dentist by taking on administrative and basic dental tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care with the ability to make the office experience and procedures as smooth as possible. Must have knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods, as well as understanding of health & safety regulations. We want team members who are fully committed to our practice and growing with us.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in the dental office
• Prepare for treatment or check ups
• Select and Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the Dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions 
• Keep the dental operatory clean and well-stocked
• Schedule recall appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records
