Our private practice is located just north of Old Town Scottsdale. Responsibilities
- Maintain an exceptional patient experience
- Quickly respond and problem solve to most pressing practice needs
- Create and execute Systems/SOP's, working closely with the dentist to align efforts with practice growth.
- Strategic planning for personal and practice advancement
- Review daily operations to maximize efficiencies
- Ensure the team stays on schedule, finding opportunities to optimize when possible
- Manage staff by meeting frequently with them on an individual basis, assessing how they are doing, identifying any needs for support or training, and following up as needed
- Encourage staff to reach their goals for development
- Recruiting team members who best align with organizations Core Values/Culture
