Job Description

We are looking for a full time 36-40 hr. per week dedicated Dental Assistant with expanded duties to join our growing practice. Pay $17 to $25 commensurate with experience.
Dental Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Dental assistant Certificated from an accredited vocational school and or 1 year dental assisting (preferred but will train )
X-ray Certification ( will train)
Computer skills, Excellent written and verbal people skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of instruments and sterilization methods (plus but will train)

Dental Assistant Duties And Responsibilities:

Gather patient information and health background
Take x-rays, assist Doctor with dental procedure / exams
Break down, sanitize, and set up rooms for each procedure
Lab work/ digital impressions
Restock treatment areas and take inventory
Provide post operative care instructions
Document and maintain accurate patient records
Triage emergency patients
