PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
⁃ Create a positive and individualized experience for each patient
⁃ Build rapport with patients
⁃ Seat patients and take X-rays
⁃ Wellness scans using Intraoral scanner, Itero software navigation/ patient education
⁃ Update patient information in Dentrix as needed
⁃ Utilize Dentrix for scheduling patient recare appointments
⁃ Assist dental hygienist in educating patients in proper oral health
⁃ Work alongside dentist during patient examinations to assist dental hygienist in being more efficient when needed
⁃ Assist dental hygienist with charting probing depths
⁃ Disinfect operatory and prepare room for patients as needed
⁃ Communicate with coordinator on dental treatment needed for patients
⁃ Prepare hygiene bags
⁃ Stock hygiene rooms and monitor hygiene inventory and other ancillary duties
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience/Requirements
• Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required)
• X-Ray Certification (Required)
• Coronal Polish Certificate (Preferred)
• Intraoral scanning experience (Required)
This is a very hands on job position, that requires dental knowledge, good patient communication and the ability to work independently.
