We're looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our growing team! Youââ¬â¢ll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. $55-58 hourly + Bonus Responsibilities:
Give guidance to patients about how to have good dental care at home after undergoing an operation or procedure
Document patient visits and keep health records current
Educate patients of all ages on how to take care of their teeth through good flossing and brushing twice daily
Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified
Take x-ray images of the patientsââ¬â¢ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities
Qualifications:
Capable of standing all day to assist patients
Must have at least an associateââ¬â¢s degree in dental hygiene; bachelorââ¬â¢s degree preferred
Clear understanding and commitment to following HIPAA regulations and all safety guidelines
At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene
Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state
