Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We Are

Multi-specializing dental office with several top-notch practitioners, specializing in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, Implant Surgery and Peridontics. We have a reputation for incredible dentistry and a passion for paitent care.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an indivdual with great communication skill, welcoming personality and great patient care skills. A person who is a team player and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

Answering phones, scheduling appointments and greeting patients
Confirming all surgery patients and making sure they have their medications for the up coming procedure
Collecting at the time of service, sending insurance claims
Occasional treatment planning when treatment coordinators are not available
Relaying and answering all e-mail communication on a daily basis
Keeping front area organized and ready for patients at all time
