Our dental practice is growing. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our 2 doctor practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality and is an adaptable learner.
The must haves:

Dental experience
Outstanding written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills
A positive, friendly demeanor with patients and team members
A solid understanding of dental billing, coding, insurance and dental procedures.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

Answer incoming calls, scheduling appointments including new patients, answer billing and insurance questions, etc. politely meeting our standard of care. We believe in going above and beyond for each and every person.
Patient confirmation, fill-in schedule changes and post-op phone calls
Greet patients promptly and politely, gather updates, new insurance etc. and route accordingly.
Data entry
Handle necessary paperwork such as dental charts, referrals, appointment cards etc.
Verify and update patient dental insurance
Check patient's out, collect co-payments, present treatment plans, etc.
Properly store and dispose of patient records
Maintain confidentially of all information

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
