Horizon Family Dental Care is looking for a dental assistant to add to our growing team! We are a general practice, who treats patients of all ages. We would love to add a dental assistant who is passionate about dentistry, their patients, and their team. Dental experience required. Maryland x-ray certification and Dentrix experience preferred!

Responsibilities- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, anticipating needs and providing support.- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and procedures to effectively communicate with the dental team.- Operate iTero scanner for accurate dental impressions and treatment planning.- Maintain aseptic technique to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.- Assist with various dental procedures including prosthodontics and endodontics.- Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record-keeping.- Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care.

Monday - Thursday 7am - 7pm
Friday 7am - 5pm
Saturdays 8am - 2pm (rotating)

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
