Looking for Motivated & Friendly Front Desk Receptionist!
We are a husband & wife dentist team, who opened a brand new dental office in Evanston, IL in 2023. Office is completely renovated! We are looking for a driven, hard-working, and friendly individual to work the front desk of our dental office.
Duties would include (but not limited to) greeting patients, checking patients in and out, scheduling patients & ensuring schedule always stays full, presenting treatment plans, answering phone calls, verifying insurance, and submitting and coordinating insurance claims. Experience with dental insurance is preferred, but we will also train the right person. Looking for someone who is upbeat, friendly, and takes initiative.
