Job Description
We are seeking to add an energetic team-oriented front desk personnel to our growing team! This team member is an important role in our office. This person is the first point of contact for our patients, the face of our office, and thus the most influential to overall patient experience.
Job Duties and Requirements:Provide excellent customer service to all patientsVerify patient insurance and input into system accuratelyComplete opening and end of day procedures in accordance with office directives and policiesMonitor the schedule and maintain smooth patient flowComplete all appointment confirmations in a timely manner and adjust the schedule accordinglyEnsure all patient paperwork is complete and correctVerify that all new and returning patient information is documented properly and up to dateAnswer all incoming calls and handle all inquiries and needsMaintain office environment and uphold the offices quality standards
Previous Dental Experience Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
